Laura Hanson is one of the newer members of the customer service team, joining Gibson in January 2019, she brings with her over 20 years’ experience in customer service/admin and sales-based roles within a wide range of industries including manufacturing through to FMCG. Laura works closely with the sales team, particularly in the retail sales division, to ensure the needs of our customers are met and to support the achievement of sales targets. Laura’s strengths often lie in her proactive ability to seek new opportunities or initiatives which will benefit the customer and the business alike.
Laura works with internal stakeholders to implement initiatives that co-ordinate and align effort across multiple disciplines to deliver and improve the customer experience. This means we can deliver a quality product in full and on time, every time.
