Joanne Ries has a long history with Gibson, having first joined the business in 2005, working in sales support and customer service. She works out of our Brisbane office, and supports our sales team and customers from all over Australia. Joanne has developed an intimate knowledge of our product, manufacturing and supply chain practices.
Joanne uses strong analytical and technical skills along with her ability to interpret data and use systems to support customers and improve processes. For her, the customer always comes first and she will go to all efforts to ensure the customer receives value and a high quality of service.
