Cameron joined Gibson at the start of 2012 as a first-year apprentice throughout his apprenticeship he showed his talents winning apprentice of the year in his first and third years.
Cameron has always strived to better himself and work his way up in the company. Since becoming a qualified tradesman at the start of 2016, in 2017 he began training to become a leading hand of the factory floor.
In 2018 Cameron became the Subcontractor Coordinator for Gibson, managing outsourced manufactured products including joinery, metalwork, glass and acrylic. This role involved Cameron managing the time frame, quality and workmanship of up to 8 contractors at a time for multiple projects.
Cameron considers himself to be an all rounder and happy to help anyone in any department who needs assistance. Cameron has helped with design work, site installations, site handovers, quick prototype assemblies, and will continue to step up where help is needed.
